Are your fragrances 100% authentic?
Yes, all products sold on Fragrance are 100% authentic, original brand name perfumes and colognes. We do not sell knock-offs or imitations.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the integrity of your scent, store bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid keeping them in bathrooms where temperature fluctuations occur.
What is your return policy for opened items?
Due to the nature of beauty products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
What is the difference between EDT and EDP?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains a higher concentration of fragrance oils (15-20%), making it longer-lasting, while Eau de Toilette (EDT) has a lower concentration (5-15%) and is generally lighter.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Please note that fragrances are classified as hazardous materials and must be shipped via ground transport, which may affect delivery times.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full bottle?
We offer a variety of discovery sets and individual 2ml sample vials for our most popular scents so you can test them on your skin before purchasing a full-sized bottle.
