We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused fragrance products. To maintain hygiene standards, all returned items must be in their original cellophane wrapping and pristine condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer care team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused fragrance in its original packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
